What are your rods made from?
Our rods are made from high quality cell-cast acrylic, chosen for its optical clarity, strength and durability. All brass components are solid brass and carefully hand-finished.
What size are your rods?
All rods are 38mm in diameter. This provides a comfortable grip for use as a handrail and a substantial, well-proportioned size for curtain poles.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. All rods are cut to your required length and hand-polished to order. On the product page you can enter your exact measurement. If you have any questions before placing your order, please get in touch.
Are your handrails suitable for commercial projects?
Yes. Our acrylic and brass handrails are suitable for residential, hospitality and commercial environments. If you require drawings, samples or specification information, we’re happy to assist.
Do you offer different brass finishes?
All brass components are hand-finished. Unlacquered brass will naturally develop a patina over time. A protective lacquer can be applied to preserve the original polished finish.
Ordering
What are your lead times?
Orders are dispatched within 2 weeks of the order being placed, as each piece is made and finished to order.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns as all products are made and finished to order.
Who is responsible for customs charges?
The buyer is responsible for any customs or import charges due. These are typically billed by the carrier (most often UPS) at the point of delivery. Please consult your country’s customs authority for current rates.

What fixings are included?
All brackets are supplied with mounting screws finished to match your selected hardware. Your installer will need to provide the appropriate wall plugs suitable for your wall material.
How are the rods supplied?
Each rod is cut to your specified length and polished before dispatch. Brackets and hardware are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
Which courier do you use?
We most frequently ship using UPS to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.
Maintenance
How do I clean an acrylic curtain rod or handrail?
Clean acrylic using warm water and mild dish soap with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these may scratch the surface.
How do I maintain brass fittings?
Unlacquered brass can be polished occasionally with a gentle metal polish if you wish to maintain brightness. If lacquered, simply clean with a soft cloth and mild soap. Over time, unlacquered brass will naturally develop a patina.
Will acrylic yellow over time?
We use high quality cell-cast acrylic, which is highly resistant to yellowing and maintains its clarity for many years when properly maintained.
